Regular employment opportunity

1.Become a Takako’s regular employee

This promotion system is based on your overall elavuation including your abilities, and work attitude.

Here is how it works

Step.1

We offer you a promotion based on your overall evaluation.

Step.2

If you accept the offer, a letter of recommendation will be submitted.

Step.3

Once the letter of recommendation is reviewed, an initial written exam and an interview will be scheduled.

Step.4

After passing the initial exam and interview, the final interview will be scheduled.

Step.5

Once you pass the final interview, you will be promoted to a regular employee.

 

2.Become a regular employee of your current work place

This is a direct employment opportunity offered by your current workplace.

Here is how it works

Step.1

A direct employment offer will be proposed.

Step.2

We will notify you of the offer.

Step.3

If you accept the offer, we will schedule a meeting between you and your current work place.

Step.4

At this meeting, you will be reviewing the details and conditions of your regular employment.

Please note that regular employment opportunity is NOT mandatory. If you are not satisfied with the offer, you always have a choice to remain as a dispatch worker.
