As of March 1, 2017, Takako Co., Ltd. announces that we have completed renewal of permission for general worker dispatching under the dispatch law.
This is a permission system by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, and the validity period is five years.
We will continue to make further efforts to provide stable service to our business partners in the future and to make our staff feel comfortable working.
Currently, temporary agency business is classified into the following two categories.
· Specified worker dispatch business
Dispatch / regular notification of regular employees (in principle anyone can freely do business)
· General worker dispatching business
Dispatch / permission system etc for registrants etc. (There are severe requirements and labor bureau’s investigation etc.)
In order to ensure that people working in temporary staff can receive appropriate employment management, the temporary worker dispatch business was unified into a permission system with revision of dispatch law in the year of 2015.
However, as a transitional measure, until September 29, Heisei 30, the specified worker dispatching business of notification system can be operated.
Also, as of June 1, 2015, the number of establishments in Tochigi prefecture is as follows.
General worker dispatch business: 245
Specific worker dispatch business: 628
